On December 1st, the Powerhouse Lounge will host the 2nd Annual NYM Happy Holidays Craft Fair which will feature a variety of artisans and vendors including, home goods by Storyboard Bath & Body, Collective Elements, Nightingale Projects, A Deadly Asalt and Bag the Habit, candles by Recyclights Candle Company and Kintique. One-of-a-kind jewelry by Hecho en Brooklyn, Andrea Bocchio, the Silver Sculptor, Blackitteh Designs, Vera Vixeness, TRAASH, Metal Cloth & Wood and Design By U. Children’s accessories by Studio Llama Llama, House of Minerva, Republic of Pigtails, Ellis Design and Wise Woman Quilts. Art by Kayt Hester, KPMedia Collective. Many more vendors will be on hand rockin’ their wares.

Music by DJ Dancing Tony (Rockit Docket) to get us in the holiday spirit, live ornament making with M. Avery Designs, delicious drink and food specials ranging from $2-$6 and A Raffle Wheel with awesome prizes.

$5 suggested donation to benefit two very amazing organizations, Art House Productions and the American Red Cross Sandy Relief Efforts.

As part of the 2012 Hoboken Studio Tour, on Saturday November 17th from 12pm-4pm, we will host the NYM Fall Trunk Show in W Hoboken’s Living Room (225 River St, 1st Floor). The Trunk Show will feature a variety of artists and artisanal crafters of one-of-a-kind goods including leather accessories (Jyspea Leather), home goods (Jewel of a Pillow, Recyclights), bath & body (Plena) handmade jewelry (Buttercup Jewelry, Eclectique Collection, Caviar Noir, Silkwire Jewelry and Emgee Designs), children’s wares (Republic of Pigtails & Studio Llama Llama), prints by Miart Designs and many more high quality crafters!

The Hoboken/Jersey City Digest will be on hand to mix and mingle with us for added fun. 
And, the Living Room will feature $5 specials on select drinks and menu items.

So, get a head start on your Christmas shopping and come visit us on Saturday, November 17th from 12pm-4pm!

What can we say? We’re at it again! Come visit us on Saturday, Sept 8th at Van Vorst Park in Historic Downtown Jersey City (from 11am – 4pm). We’ll be there with the Farmers’ Market, tons of Handmade Goodies from our talented vendors, lots of GREAT music by Musicians on a Mission’s folks and the Liberty Humane Society will be there with the North Shore Animal Adoption Van! 

Oh! And we hear the weather will be sunny and 75 degrees.

For the 101st year, the 2012 La Festa Italiana promises fun experiences for all… join us (and them!) from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. every night of La Festa for delicious foods like our Famous Holy Rosary Rice Balls, Fresh Hot Zeppoles, homemade desserts in our Caffe PLUS fresh mozzarella from the Mozz Boss, Italian specialties from Delenio’s & Michael Anthony’s Restaurants, and a full service bar by White Star Bar (woot!).  Can’t you just smell the sausage & peppers, gyros, shish kabobs, hot pizza and roasted corn on the cob?
